Role of students in Waste Management: Students can play an important role in waste management.  Based on the knowledge gained from environmental education, students can acquaint the people of their street locality with caused by waste.  They can help the people of the locality and municipality in the collection and segregation of waste.  Introduce people to naturally decomposing and recyclable wastes.  Can help society in the disposal of harmful wastes.  Apart from the localities, students can also keep their schools and classrooms clean by proper disposal of solid waste like plastic, paper, etc.
